The building has two elevations, the main with a view towards the street, and the other one facing a back garden and alley. The ground floor has a parking space close to the main entrance and a playroom with a large opening towards the garden. The first floor contains a living room and a kitchen with a guest W.C.; the second floor is organized as the children’s area with bedrooms and playrooms respectively as well as a shared bathroom. Finally, the last floor is devoted to the young couple and contains a master bedroom and a large closet & bathroom.

Brick coverings on the side wall of the staircase, illumination details on the steps, wooden and cement floors are some of the unifying elements that give a special character to the house. The living room and the kitchen are designed according to contemporary take on vintage principles; traditional cement tiles on the floor of the kitchen and also the wooden decorative elements that cover part of the wall and the ceiling dominate as original architectural gestures.
